MMK to pay 2.114 rbl/share in dividends for January–September

MOSCOW, Dec 12 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russia’s Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) have approved payment of 2.114 rubles per share in dividends for January–September, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The shareholder register for dividends is to close on December 18.

MMK paid 1.589 rubles per share in dividends for April–June, 0.801 rubles per share in dividends for January–March and 0.806 rubles in final dividends for 2017.

Viktor Rashnikov, chairman of the board of directors, holds 84.3% in the company.
